The Only Way Out is Through

The only way out of the challenges is through.

Because what else can you do? Do you want to backtrack and run away from the challenges? How will you respect yourself if you do that?

You will feel like a loser if you run away from the challenges. And for how long will you run away? You can escape the challenges by running away for a short while maybe.

But one, it won’t make you feel good about yourself. You’ll lose self-respect. You will feel your testosterone go down. And two, the challenges are going to come again. Because life is nothing if not a series of challenges.

And every time you decide to run away from the challenges, your testosterone will go down, down, down, down. Your self-respect, self-esteem, self-confidence, everything will take a hit whenever you run away.

And at some point you will completely resign from life, accepting that you are a loser. And then live the rest of your life being worthless in your own eyes. Or worse.

Or the alternative is you will decide to revolt against yourself.

No, I cannot live like this. I will fight the challenges!

And then you will accept the statement, the only way out of the challenges is through.

Because that's the only winning mindset about challenges.

You have to find the courage. You have to find the fortitude to take on the challenges and get through them.

And you know what happens when you do that?

When you come out on the other side of the challenges, it does the opposite of what happens when you run away from them.

It boosts your self-confidence.

It gives you more strength to fight the future challenges. It develops your personality overall. It makes you feel like a hero!

It just fills you with the life force.

So anytime you are in the middle of challenges and you feel your soul being crushed, you have to remind yourself that the only way, the only winning strategy out of the challenges is... through.

You cannot lie down amid the challenges. You cannot backtrack and run away. The only way is to keep fighting, fighting, fighting, and come out on the other side through the challenges.
